Enneagram...

The Enneagram is quite a popular tool today and, I have to confess that I feel a bit protective of it.

It is not a parTy game!

The Enneagram is a complex system that is worthy of respect as

it provides a trustworthy  & comprehensive map for your life's journey!

What is it?

"The Enneagram guides us toward nothing less than learning how consciously to surrender the ego self of personality to the greater Self so that we can become conscious participants in the sacred mystery of life. In reality, it entails the surrender of nothing - our personality - in order to receive the gift of everything - the life of the Spirit." (Understanding the Enneagram, 380)

The Enneagram

(In Greek, ennea=9, gram=a written symbol) is

a tool for fully appreciating the differences in people

and it provides us with

a map of liberation and transformation

The 9 points represents 9 different ways of being in the world; each type has a unique perspective and a different pattern of thinking, feeling and acting that arises from a deeper inner motivation or worldview.

Its Genius!

Enneagram work brilliantly brings together the spiritual, mental, physical and relational dimensions of life! When we do Enneagram work (not just learn about it)  our capacity to be receptive increases which enables our mental and emotional patterns to loosen and our neural pathways to take a new route.

Yes! It begins to rewire our brain!

What does Enneagram work look like?

Enneagram work is partially educational and partially experiential or process-oriented. When we meet 1:1 we talk about different aspects of the Enneagram and your type structure. As you share the experiences of your life through the lens of the Enneagram, I will interrupt you to invite you to direct your attention to what is happening within you in the present moment. In this process tranformation begins to happen. Between sessions you will be given "awareness homework."
